Last week, our Head Brewmaster, Raimo Koljonen, delivered a very interesting presentation at Oktobertagung, an event hosted by VLB Berlin.

Raimo showcased our efforts and the newest findings on Viking Malt’s innovative product, malted faba bean Sprau®.

We are delighted to draw significant attention to this promising legume. The development of Sprau® plays a crucial role in achieving effective crop rotation, which is a vital step towards Regenerative Agriculture.
