Thomas Panteli to take over as CEO of Viking Malt

Thomas Panteli will take over the CEO role from Kasper Madsen, starting January 1st, 2027.

Thomas is currently SVP Supply Chain & Sourcing at Paulig Group, since seven and a half years. Paulig is an international family-owned Finnish food and beverage company with operations in several European countries.

“I am excited to join Viking Malt and meet all the employees. The company’s family ownership and strong values were key factors in my decision to join. Viking Malt has a solid business foundation, and I look forward to working together to strengthen it further,” says Thomas Panteli.

Thomas holds a master’s degree in logistics and economics from Copenhagen Business School and he has had several executive roles both as expatriated CEO in the Baltics, as board member and as head of supply chain in multiple international industries over the last 20 years.
