A year-long leadership journey has come to an end!

Over 40 Viking Malt managers participated in our Fit for the Future Leadership Training Program in collaboration with Hanken & SSE Executive Education.

Together, we strengthened leadership capabilities to support our strategy, deepened collaboration across countries and functions, and supported our journey towards One Viking Malt.

This journey has created valuable growth, new perspectives, and stronger connections across the organization.
