Viking Malt Academy 2025 edition

In November, we were proud to host our second Viking Malt Academy session in Lahti, Finland – bringing together colleagues from all our sites for two days of learning, collaboration, and connection.
The atmosphere was highly engaged, with participants actively contributing, sharing perspectives, and deepening their understanding across teams.

Presentations by Jirapha Liangsiri, Raimo Koljonen, and Anna Holmén were especially well received, covering topics from Sourcing and Malting to Hygiene, Chemicals, and Management Systems – all clearly linked to our company strategy.

This year’s Academy marked an important step in our local teams development. With practical, hands-on content, participants appreciated the real-world relevance and application. A full day spent at our Lahti malthouse provided valuable context and inspiration.
