SAI FSA certified barley available now from Finland

It is our pleasure to announce that The Finnish Cereal Committee VYR has completed successfully the third-party verification process according to SAI FSA – Implementation Framework Version 3.0.

The certificate covers a group of 440 farmers growing barley, wheat and oat for Viking Malt and our long-term sourcing partner Hankkija. Our farmers’ FSA scoring was an impressive 97,2% silver and 2,8% gold.

This certificate confirms that our farms hold high standards in all aspects of sustainability –environmental, social and governance.

With this certificate, Viking Malt offers FSA barley out of Finland, in addition to Sweden and Poland.
