Viking Golden Ale Malt is made from 2-row spring barley. Malting process parameters have been chosen to promote a high degree of modification for easy processing. Viking Golden Ale Malt has reduced enzymatic potential.

The malt’s strong flavor contributes a great balance of malty, cookie-like, sweet and nutty notes. The Viking Golden Ale Malt is ideal for ales and special lagers. Its coloring power is not too high, which makes it also suitable for subtle color correction of regular lagers, giving a notable hue towards beautiful gold.

For all kind of beers – especially golden-colored ales and lagers. Usage rate up to 50%.
